Describe the bug
New simplified theme for HabitatHome.Platform doesn't load required JS libraries correctly

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://habitathomebasic.dev.local (assuming you've set up the binding and hosts entry)
Notice the theme doesn't load correctly
Screenshots
