Description

Current SonarLint commands are scattered under multiple VS toolbars, making it difficult for users to find them.
Additionally, common functions such as bug reporting are not currently implemented.
It would be better to aggregate all SonarLint commands under a dedicated SonarLint menu, under Extensions.
