Currently, when users in connected mode want to use server-side suppressions or taint vulnerabilities they are pulling them from the main branch regardless of the local branch.
SLVS should pull suppressions and taint vulnerabilities based on the branch they're on. If they have a matching branch they should use it, if not the closest branch on SQ/SC side.
If no matching branch is found then we should fall to the main branch.
