Feature Request: -Keep-Manifest

I'd like to include manifests in all my downloads, it seems with -manifest-only I'd have to run DepotDownloader twice, so instead I just commented out the if statement, would be nice to have a -keep-manifest or something like that.

I ran into this issue recently that caused DepotDownloader to leave excess files, because I was trying to keep the manifests as well, which caused previous installs to be 'merged' with new installs instead of removing files.

Keep-Manifest would have potentially avoided running into this issue.
