Chunk download error: ServiceUnavailable

Hello. Using the command
dotnet DepotDownloader.dll -app 233610 -depot 233614 -manifest 6778787448207887459 -username name -remember-password,
I tried to download that specific manifest. Here is the error I got:
Encountered error downloading chunk 02f500318fdf6527ecb9ba74600261bf7bb7e398: ServiceUnavailable
This does download most of the game. However, it seems that vital parts are missing: the game freezes immediately upon trying to start it. Now, I suppose this might just be an error to do with that manifest more than this downloader, but I thought it might be worth reporting.

It happens sometimes.
The solution is, run again with a plus args: -validate.
If you still see it appears than run some time later.
I used many times and the validate and re-running the command after time helped a lot.
