Chat window - German language labels

While all app is in English in chat window there is German label beneath each message (as far as I understand is information when particular message has been sent)

thank you for opening this issue.

I think there was some problem with the underlying library (see this issue). The relevant code is here, where we need to import the english locale as well. The library vue-timeago seems to be deprecated, so maybe we can find a better replacement.

If you've got some time, I'd really appreciate you opening a PR. Otherwise I'll take a look as soon as I have some time.
