Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some captive portals don't seem to pop up when connecting to the Wifi. Firefox detects this and shows a banner to open the portal. I don't want to have to open Firefox every time I connect to a Wifi to load the captive portal before I can connect to the Wifi.

Describe the solution you'd like
Have a button to load the captive portal. Not sure how to detect this and how to find out what the URL for the portal is, but if Firefox can do it then it is possible.
