Hi,

My iPhone froze and Apple Store had to reset it and download my data from iCloud backup. Latest iPhone and the software was up to date, same as BookPlayer. Opening the app I can see the names of the files but none of the photos and also there are actually no data, ie I cannot play anything, I get the response “Error Metadata, Empty Network Response”.
