Don't require a navigation bar

Sometimes all you want is to display one page of information in a modally presented UIViewController, without any navigation controls whatsoever. For instance, you can use MZFormSheetModalPresentationController and let the user tap outside of the webView region instead of requiring a nav bar.

I tried doing this with SVWebViewController and it obviously gave me an assertion.
