Implement a simple form containing all of the required information for courses, such as:

Required

The uploaded resource file
Title
Resource Type (exam/notes/video/assignment)
Etc

Optional

Checkbox for "Contains Answers" for exams/assignments
Semester
Professor
Etc

Here's an example of a website's resource upload info page. Ours will be more modern looking and have different fields, but it's a place to start:
