Make sure CAP author archive shows correct author name in page title if Yoast is active #1841

If Yoast is active and configured to display author archives, the page title will bring in the author of the CAP guest author user instead of the actual archive author.

We can fix this by recreating our solution for City Limits here:
INN/umbrella-citylimits#143
