use MediaInfo to retrieve informations about files

Should this be done by the file scanner?
The core might not have access to the files and will need to access them somehow

The file scanner can send the xml output as a blob

There is a new field "content" in stageFileDTO. If filled then this will be used if file is not accessible or MediaInfo is not active on server side.
