has some thought...

i thought about make octopi smart but thought of this :

  1. Make a history icon on the right on the search bar. so what you used that moment will saves in xclip or in a kinda clipboard. so you can recall that search in a click. if you search stu in repo you dont find it and enable the aur button your search string you loose and have to retype. So that history saves in clipboard you can reclick it as example.
  2. im certain talked before i thinnk... but , as pamac uses vte that is gtk, qt5 has different i dont know it can work out in qt4 version of octopi-notifier , octopi-notifier-qt4 is not 5 but cannot work toegetor with qt5 , but idea was, integrate in octopi & octopi-notfier : qtermwidget , is a depency of qterminal idea is just.. not to use all the other terminal on the system so would be more pure QT, so can dropping xterm as possible in this case.. make it more optional,
like http://i.imgur.com/WqGN2fR.png is current window...but in this case when you update the windows can black and do its updates as a integrated terminal in updater... probably issue would be the octopi-notifier-qt4 because qtermwidget is qt5

was just for idea, looks cooler if it start a own terminal thing in own window :)

i wonder how to support xfce to fix the xfce-panel to support qt5 better..devinitly look again in qt5 version...

but for the request on xclip or what ever right side to the searchbar would be awesome.
