To trigger when the tag is pushed or moved.

We'll need to have tags at patch (e.g. v1.2.3) and minor (e.g. v1.2) levels, per SemVer, similar to what GitHub promote with Actions versioning. Maybe also at major (e.g. v1) level also.

It would also be nice to be able to trigger these manually, but that may be simpler said than done, given the build tooling is 'mixed in' with the content it renders. 🤔
