How do add extra command on start?

Hi,

in our case we need to make extra steps in installation process to our needs
Specially in runner init:

  containers:
  - name: runner
    image: ghcr.io/actions/actions-runner:latest
    command: ["/home/runner/run.sh"]

Now i tried many various of configs, but nothing works, the last that i tried was:
bash -c 'apt-get update -y && apt-get install -y software-properties-common && add-apt-repository -y ppa:git-core/ppa && apt-get install -y git && /home/runner/run.sh'

with sudo, without sudo, but evry time it fails. Maybe someone knows how to do it?
