Associate IRSA with gha-runner-scale-set

Hello

We're trying to use ARC to deploy many heterogeneous scalesets that will be used to deploy Terraform in a AWS landing zone. We need therefore need multiple scalesets that can assume different roles in a central (shared services) account so that it can deploy some infrastructure in another account.

1. Is this possible in gha-runner-scale-set
2. Where should the ServiceAccount be configured that has the annotation and the integration with IRSA

I have only found one similar question to this but it seems to relate the older controller #2834
