For HK CLIAC, the bottom of U+7ACA 竊 is classified under the 禸 component, which should have the top left corner protude into a 十 shape, and 厶 protuding upwards. The glyph below are from Reference Glyphs (song and kai), Unicode code charts, and EDB respectively. Even though the top left corner is not obvious, the protruding 厶 is.
However, both Source Han Sans and Serif does not provide this shape.
