Doesn't work with jQuery running in noConflict mode

The Pickadate JS files use the shorthand jQuery syntax "$" and don't work when running jQuery in noConflict mode. A simple fix would be adding something like this:

jQuery(document).ready(function ($) {

or this:

jQuery(function($) {
