Add nonce as a prop for apexchart wrapper

Issue #4091 allowed a nonce parameter as part of the chart:{} object, in order for inline-scripts to be run in a strict CSP environment.

However, the Vue-apexchart wrapper does not allow a nonce to be passed in as a prop.
