An overview of #89 is below as an example, but it also applies to merged Dependabot commits on main.

  1. Dependabot PR commit fails because of the Build docker image and push to Docker Hub step
  2. I (intentionally) push an empty commit to the branch, CI passes and the tagged image is successfully pushed
