Project Wizard's incomplete project screen cleanup

- Synced logged in and logged out states of project creation
- Cleanup confusion around incomplete project screen in the wizard. Now it allows better navigation to deep links when there is an incomplete project on the user's machine
Added generic chatbot project to the catalogue
- New generic chatbot project is now available for all customers.

Logged out project creation with improved login/reg flow
This release contains the new logged out project creation flow with aim of increasing number of projects (by not requiring the login before project creation) into connect and reducing spam (by requiring mandatory information in project creation itself).
