[BUG] freeze: ERROR: Stall in Runner thread, restarting!

After some time (couple of seconds to many minutes) of running btop freeze.

strace not showing anything special, in case of freeze.

My easy way to get btop to freeze:
On a 8 core 16thread cpu (AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 6850U)
build kernel with -j17. Aprox 30s to freeze
