Describe the bug

When resizing the btop window to be shorter (fewer lines) (and triggering the CPU reflow), the LAV and GPU lines show artifacts (lines and borders not being drawn).

To Reproduce

  1. Open btop in a tall window
  2. Reduce the height until the decorations start missing

Expected behavior

Decorations don't disappear.

Screenshots

Decorations are missing on the right of the LAV line after a resize, and to the left, right above uptime.

Decorations are correctly drawn on startup.
