Describe the feature

Lambda layer asset for Kubernetes version 1.30 was published from the cdklabs/awscdk-asset-kubectl repo #838
So we need to update the blueprints to use this layer

Use Case

Current workaround to specify the version using .of method, but would be helpful if support is provided in the blueprints cdk
