missing release notes

Filing this so we can track the follow up. We need to update release notes for the latest change.

Also could this be corrected to "on-premises"? It would be a (very) breaking change.

Which release notes are missing? I see release notes for every version.

Also, I agree that the "on-premise" is unfortunate, but yes, it would be a very breaking change at this point. If we create a new version for the new repository or for Az modules, we can look into it.
