The purpose of this is to receive email on hostmaster@shields.io so we can verify domain ownership for StartSSL so we can get an SSL certificate for img.shields.io (#66).

This requires us to verify the domain with Google by adding a TXT record in DNS with this content: google-site-verification=aEiDOqA0KQHmbuFiXoNj_c5dA1CSi7fyvVAMdATpJxc.

@olivierlacan We need you for this too, along with #115.
