Make it clear when a Product does not have a dataset linked

User Story

As a API provider seeking to list a Product in the API Directory,

I want to see clearly that a Product does not have a dataset on the Products page

so that _I can avoid errors _.

Right now, an API provider (adding/configuring a product on the Portal, rather than via a CLI template) might add a Product and configure and env but find they cannot enable it because there is no linked Dataset, getting this error when trying to save the env after enabling env:

Proposed enhancement:

• add a button which displays something like 'No Dataset' and/or 'Link a Dataset' which opens the Edit Product popup
