User Story

As an API provider with existing Gateways on the Services Portal ,

I want to be redirected to the Gateways manager from the Get started page

so that I can administer my Gateway services.

Test Case

ENV

  • TEST
  • PROD

TESTCASE

Navigate to the Get started page in the Services Portal: https://api-gov-bc-ca.dev.api.gov.bc.ca/manager/gateways/get-started
If you are an existing user with Gateways, you will see a banner alerting you to this fact. Click the My Gateways list link to be redirected to the Gateways manager.

EXPECTED

My Gateways opens in the existing browser tab.

ACTUAL

My Gateways opens in a new browser tab.

Notes

This is a feature request from one user documented during ns-to-gw user acceptance testing. Whether or not to change the existing behaviour requires context on the design decision behind the link behaviour. If the decision was made because no existing links to Get started are present in the Services Portal, then we might need to resolve that issue first before deciding on how to revise the banner and link behaviour.
