403 error when sending direct message #92

Hi!

I have an issue: when I'm trying to send direct message I get 'The operation couldn't be completed 403' error.
App permissions are ok - read/write.

The strangest thing is that I'm able to send direct messages to the account which I'm using to sign in on iOS device, but not for any other account..

Please help!

I used to have this problem but then I noticed that you can't send same messages in 24 hours to twitter.
