Columns: Remove a column

Description

Currently it is not possible to remove a column. If the user makes a mistake by adding a wrong column it has to stay untill he restarts the application (and I guess with a persisted state it will stay forever?).

Additional Information

I think a button in the top right corner of a column would be good for this. Maybe with a safety question if the user really wants to delete the column?

Sounds like a good idea, but I'd incorporate this into something of like a column-settings dialog (where you can edit the column etc. or maybe just delete it)
