Allow dot-delimited blacklisting and whitelisting

Ideally, I'd like to see dot-delimited blacklisting/whitelisting e.g.

const config = {
  bodyBlacklist: [ "foo.bar" ]
}

It should be relatively simple; if interested, I can work on a PR as time allows.
