The text of the paragraph collapses when we try to combine the cover page with the attached PDF.

Hi @boazsegev ... Sorry if inappropriate to ping directly on this list, but I've seen the above issue quite a few times...

Basically, where PDFs are being combined - here simply to add a cover page - but something in the original PDF seems to break the formatting (above, that's both the colliding column text as well as missing images) as well as subsequent pages being missing...

Not mentioned above, but visible from the original PDF below, is the fact that 3 pages are missing after encountering the formatting problem.

It would be interesting to understand if there is a known issue here... maybe something we can have corrected in the PDF original maybe (or another workaround).
