I tried to find a related issue for this but couldn't find one.
Basically when vertical tabs are enabled & the browser window is maximized, the browser window can't easily be dragged when the cursor is placed at the top corner of the window (I guess because of some resize functionality?)
I know that dragging is possible in the "open" deadzones next to the address input, but I often move around my browsers between multiple monitors by slamming my cursor into the top area of my screen (without aiming) and start dragging. This is not working because of this bug (works with all other apps/windows natively though). Enabling the "Titlebar" is not helping.

Steps to reproduce
Open a Brave instance & maximize the window
Turn off vertical tabs
Try to move the window by dragging from the top corner of the display => Works
Turn on vertical tabs
Try to move the window by dragging from the top corner of the display => Only shows a resize cursor and won't work
Actual result
Screen.Recording.2024-09-22.161317.mp4
Expected result
I'd expect the browser to behave the same way as with horizontal tabs & any other window.
