The readings from iSpindel and Tiltbridge go directly into the brewpi.py script whereas Tilt has a class which performs a smoothing/averaging. See if we can get a class together to hold/track these values.

This is half done. The problem now is that very wide swings are not clamped and they screw up the average.

#154 did the clamping. Need to test the impact on iSpindel.
