Installation problems! #70
Comments
You have a previous install and I do not support going from Multichamber to Single or vice versa. You can either flash a clean SD and try again, or try the uninstaller:
|
I have flash SD card first but it diddent work. I want to run it on multi-chamber but i cant get the arduino to work. |
Your Arduino may not have a serial number, so it will not work with multichamber. See #42. |
Which version of Debian are you using? I've tried Bookworm. |
Buster currently but I am 98% sure I tried Bookworm. A lot of my stuff is in boxes and the only Uno I have out has no serial number of course. :) |
I have problem to gett this running!
Have tried several difrent things.
Now i trye to install it without multichamber just so i see if it gett working with one chamber first.
When i try to install i gett tis message.
Disk usage is 9%, free disk space is 51434 MB.
If you would like to use BrewPi in multi-chamber mode, or simply not use the
defaults for scripts and web pages, you may choose a name for sub directory and
devices now. Any character entered that is not [a-z], [0-9], - or _ will be
converted to an underscore. Alpha characters will be converted to lowercase.
Do not enter a full path, enter the name to be appended to the standard path.
Enter device/directory name or hit enter to accept the defaults.
[ = Single chamber only]:
Using '/home/brewpi' for scripts directory.
Scripts will use default 'port = auto' setting.
Script install directory is not empty, backing up thisdirectory to
'/home/brewpi/brewpi-tools-rmx-backup/2024-04-1314:27:45-Script' and then deleting contents.
cp: cannot copy a directory, '/home/brewpi', into itself, '/home/brewpi/brewpi-tools-rmx-backup/2024-04-1314:27:45-Script/brewpi'
