Flashing from web UI is iffy at best #5

Occasionally it works, sometimes it does not. It does not show in the window nor update the status line.

For now, end users should flash the Arduino with /utils/updateFirmware.py or do it as the install.sh script is run.

This is also going to need threading to allow the script output to display during flash. See the work done with the Brew Bubbles installer.
