Determine why the Google price extractor is failing.

It is currently producing a HTTP 403 error.

Google changed their finance API in the fall of 2017, and it is no longer possible to get historical data from them. Sadly, this means the pySecMaster will have one less source for free daily prices and no sources for free minute prices.

Looks like I jumped the gun. This blog mentions a Google based API that currently works, so I'll have to investigate how to integrate it.

Also, multiple other data providers are linked in that post, so it could be worthwhile to add them to the system.
