Describe the bug

I receive drop feedback when trying to add an activity or gateway onto the bpmn:Collaboration root. I don't receive the same thing when dropping a bpmn:DataObject:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Model collaboration
  2. Drop bpmn:DataObject on root
  3. See not modeling feedback

Expected behavior

  • Modeling feedback is shown consistently

Environment

  • OS: Linux
  • Camunda Modeler Version: v5.24.0
  • Execution Platform: Any
  • Installed plug-ins: None
