I tried to build devinus cython wrapper but after building i get the following error while running:

Kindly tell me what im doing wrong.

I have no suggestion off the top of my head. But when I Google _ZN2cv8fastFreeEPv I see many discussions elsewhere -- hopefully one of those discussions will point you in the correct direction.

Thank you for replying, maybe you might be familiar with this error
I changed my dmz folder and used what devinus was using and now im getting this error

Sounds like a variation of the first error. Yet another symbol from OpenCV that Python is having trouble locating.
