A fenced div for lesson objectives?

In Collaborative Lesson Development Training, we recommend that lesson developers define objectives for their lesson as a whole, as well as more granular objectives for individual episodes.

It would be nice to have a styled box for objectives on the whole-lesson level, i.e. that could be placed somewhere in the index.md file, and unlike the episode objectives, which appear alongside the questions for that lesson, could be displayed somewhere other than at the top of the page content.

This is very much not urgent or essential.
