记录重要的提交节点和修改的原因

支持微信仅获取 authCode，用于服务端授权的场景。
Token 存储转移到 platform 包下面，Token\User类重命名，用于更好的将平台分离。
支持分享默认图，用于分享非图片类型时的缩略图下载不到的情况兼容一下。
2018-6-22，以前的就不写了。。。

删除微博 openApi 调用, 使用自己调用的方式，微博升级最新版本，并支持网页授权

平台之间更加解耦，方便接入部分平台的场景。
细化 SocialError 错误类型, 可以区分错误的场景，并做相应操作
