Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, we're using stock/default, non-editable segments for all connector types. For the elbow connector especially, this limits the functionality (e.g. cannot drag segments around a symbol to avoid it).

We need customizable/editable segments (especially for elbow connectors).
