Incorrect range of max_abs_eta for btag SF #288

The max_abs_eta https://github.com/cms-nanoAOD/nanoAOD-tools/blob/master/python/postprocessing/modules/btv/btagSFProducer.py#L49 should be modified from 2.4 to 2.5 according to the latest recommendation from the btag pog, for example in the recommendation for ul18 (same for ul17)https://twiki.cern.ch/twiki/bin/view/CMS/BtagRecommendation106XUL18
