genxanalyzer not giving results with negative cross sections #2982

Processes that gives negative cross sections don't get cross sections when using genxanalyzer. Would be nice to have a flexible tool.

Hi @syuvivida . If I am not mistaken you did the original implementation. Maybe you can further comment on your implementation.
