This might require a separate issue to refactor all the site copy into a single translation file (I haven't looked yet).

@absalomhr, are you still interested in translating?

Yes, we definitely need to create a separate translation file first, but the most urgent thing would probably be the top-level information: https://github.com/code-for-nashville/inclucivics/blob/master/src/About.js. So, a translation of that would be great and we could pull that out into a spanish file and attach it to the website.

@absalomhr, that's totally fair. We need to do #172 before we can translate properly. So, I'll work on that on Saturday morning and let you know when it's done.

finished translating https://github.com/code-for-nashville/inclucivics/blob/master/src/About.js in Spanish, i'm still struggling with git and might need some help to push it, plus i guess the functionality to switch to Spanish will have to be added as well.

Awesome and thanks, @bitcode! For now, just put it in a src/strings/spanish.js file following the same structure as https://github.com/code-for-nashville/power-of-attorney/tree/master/src/strings. You can even do this online (no command line) by just clicking "New File". It will automatically create a branch for you. We'll make the button to switch between them once we've pulled the english version into a file next your spanish one. Does that make sense? If not, you can also just post your translation in the slack channel.

I apologize for the late reply, i'm having difficulty setting up a "strings" file for translation, is there someone i can send the translated .js file to?
