[Bug] PlanarFreehandContour Segmentation Tool may occasionally fail to draw after switching

Describe the Bug

When switching to other active segmentation, PlanarFreehandContour may not be able to draw

Steps to Reproduce

1.Load image and set active segmentation
2.Create another load image and set active segmentation and switch
3.Use PlanarFreehandContour for drawing

The current behavior

Using PlanarFreehandContour to draw things often fails

The expected behavior

Same as when entering, draw normally
