Interchain Accounts

Continuity

  • Developer: #1182
    • Damian and Sean on the IBC team
  • Maintainer: #1183

  • Handoff requirements: #1184
    • Demo is made available to demonstrate how interchain accounts needs to be configured in app.go. This exists with the demo repo.
    • Make sure a white list of Messages that are allowed to be executed are included in genesis.
  • Support and training requirements: #1185
    • Mostly around being able to make a custom authentication module. Also included in the demo repo and docs.
    • Cosmos Hub team ran a team hackathon with Carlos from IBC team to build a custom authentication module that worked in tandem with this core Interchain Accounts module. We launched a testnet and carried out a number of compelx interactions confirming the functionality of the core interchain account module.
