Hey there, @craftzdog.
It's me again haha, hope you're good. I recently discovered that plenary.nvim, which telescope uses has a little bug that makes it unusable, cannot open files.

Due to Windows path: \ instead of /
When opening Telescope & Opening Files, it will show a biggg message, and i would ask you to add a temp file explorer until the issue is fixed, one similar to Telescope, again thanks for the support
