The INSTALL file is the generic GNU Autoconf INSTALL file, with nothing specific to this library.
The INSTALL.txt file simply says to see doc/install.html. However, doc has no install.html file. There is a doc/legacy/install.html file as well as doc/html/sasl/installation.html and doc/html/sasl/developer/installation.html.
Which of these myriad of choices are we supposed to use?
