interactions(chore): diff between list component and gen list

currently the list component is being used as a dumb display component for the person view.
this needs to move to interactions/components and should find a replacement for interactions/list to list all my assigned and involved interactions.

Layout could be like this (similar to settings with toggle fields):

Done
Closed
